The time information on the first post seems off - I'm in GMT+8, and deadline for me is at 2400, going by your post and stated remaining time.
It's actually worse / more subtle - the fact that he says the deadline will only happen if both orders have been sent in suggest that they haven't been.
(I personally wouldn't count on that, though ..)

In last Micro, I had the order of one of the two scanners, but I did repeat it nonetheless, and when the deadline came and one of the non-scanners hadn't reported in, I still postponed it.
Also when one of the seers died in the 2nd night, I still posted "Night has fallen, the wolf hunted, the scanners scanned, and ..."

If you depend on both orders having been sent in, and it has not been a full 24 hours, you are telling us something that you should not.
Either just treat each order that was not sent in under random.org if you want to end the night in then, or fall back to the latter deadline.
Since I want people to mess around a bit more and start poking each other on who's nimble enough to actually dance Gee, then I'm going to wait another day. It's Inauguration Day tomorrow here, so I can just tease everyone a bit more about dancing to the tune of a different beat. And yes, I personally think our new President is very much a stooge and easily manipulated.

I'm sorry to keep nitpicking, but while the deadline is indeed 1100 EST, currently the whole time zone, as far as the United States and Canada is concerned, is in daylight savings, i.e. 1200 EDT. Similarly, most countries in CET are now under CEDT, which would be 1800 CEDT.
Also, what is the Youtube video about? Great firewall and all...
