Adamus was a sorc. Randy was his apprentice. Randy outed them both to Paendrag.

Randy was scanned by a goodie scanner. Probably the priest. Randy is now priest's apprentice.

Randy is scanned by a cultist. Randy is now cultist's apprentice. He has yet to sell out the JL to the baddies, and he hasn't yet sold out his new pack to the JL. Assuming the JL will still protect them hoping to scan him again and convert him back, Randy just bought himself immortality.
 
Pack A may want to hunt Randy because he can give the JL their names if he turns back. Pack C wants to hunt Randy because he's part of the other pack. The JL wants their apprentice back and wants the names of the baddies he had. In order to stay alive, pick his winning side, and buy enough time for him to actually do what he plans to do, he went public with it. The wolves can't hunt him because of Doc and GA protection. His only threat was getting lynched. We now can't lynch him because he can be a powerful tool for the goodies.

Precisely. All we need to do is wait for the Priest to convert him back.
 
Thanx for your concern guys.. We're back home now.. His mother was adamant when he got a high fever for the third day that we should go to the hospital to check it up..
And dont I seem like a cold heartless bastard that said we should let him sweat it out..
Seems he has caught pneumonia and needs antibiotics.. But it's not that serious for a child the doctor said..
