In as AirBaltic.

Also, you misspelled my username.

@ Marty - I'll add you as a sub and might send a post at some point if needed. Good luck with School.

@ Joeb - I could do that, but he would still lose.

@ Falc - I will do that if needed.

I'll consider that questions from Vain over the next few hours while reviewing my balancing points and get further information later tonight.

Please add to the doctor's description that a saved person can't be directly attacked while he's in coma.
It was common to have have that in the rules ...

In even though Rendap is so incompetent as to be unable to make reis91 win the game.

He is not incompetent, it's that my will is more powerful. And I am not willing to win a game. A few dozen games ago, I got myself subbed one day before winning, after delivering the baddies on a silver platter, just to make sure I kept my record.
You see, my will is not bound by petty concepts such as "winning". This said, I might make an exception this game, just to give it a try, for the experience...

Description of the Airport Investigator (Doc) Updated. If he has saved an Airline, the Airline can't be targeted for another hunt - While a hunt on the doc will kill both.

Description of the Corporate Spy (Sorc) Updated. Can't claim apprentices. If Super Scan is used he becomes an Normal Evil Representative, which still scans as a Sorc and still counts towards Parity. It will not be known that the Superscan have been used before he dies.

Clarification on the Airport Trainee (Apprentices). Claimed apprentices will scan as villagers, regardless of which side have claimed him.

With regards to the cultists, I am a bit in doubt. Since the Sorc no longer can claim apprentices, I feel that the cultist should be able to - Yet I feel that would make him to powerful. I'm thinking back on the actions in Euro's recent game with scanning cultits. To counter this, I could remove the possibility to scan for one of the types. Maybe no longer be able to scan for Wolves to make it more... Interesting for Team Evil. Could also make it impossible to scan for either Priest or Seer? Any thoughts on this?

Sorc can't claim apprentices, so apprentices are always good (assuming you don't go with that cultist-apprentice thing)

If a cultist can claim an apprentice, make it so the apprentice is still technically a goodie until that cultist dies, at which point the apprentice becomes a baddie cultist.

(lol no, don't do that).

If a cultist can claim an apprentice, make the cultist unable to scan for the seer. That way it becomes a cultist/priest battle. Then give the Sorc an apprentice from the start and allow Sorcs to find apprentices.

(maybe? Maybe not).

Make cursed turn into cultists instead of wolves. Then, when all wolves of a pack die, make all of its cultists turn into wolves. And just let all apprentices be goodies.

(interesting idea, but I don't know how well it will work).

Play jump-rope.

Does the doctor really need any help given the last few games?

I'm tempted to go no doctor, one GA in the next game I run. The doctor saving someone has hit the packs harder than is fair.

I kept it as a 50% chance of saving someone for my game. Blame random.org.

Yes, but apparently if the wolves had read the rules they would have known they could hunt a doctor's patient. That would require there to be a GA to protect the patient in order to actually get a name out of them, which might not be a bad thing.

Also, I dislike roles and traits requiring random.org more and more as I play here.

@ Sedracus - Yeah, asuming that I don't let Cultists claim. I'll think it over some more but I'm seriously considering allowing claiming while cutting ability to scan for either Wolves, Seer or Priests.

@ Joeb - First idea I'll pass on, Second and Third is under considering.

@ Kiwi - If I understand it correctly, then the saves by the docs in the last few games have been rather extraordinary. I will keep the doc "as is" for this game as well, but have a few ideas for trying to avoid an ironclad JL.

@ Tamius - Have it as 50% here as well. Also.... WOLF TELL!!!! :D

Spin it the other way, no GA's, one doctor. There needs to be a threat of revelation through a stupid hunt.

Also, someone should resurrect the No-Dice theme :)

How is it a stupid hunt to want the mouthpiece dead? Especially when you know he's seer? It's a very good hunt, given they had no other way to kill AVN without someone on their team ending up dead (hunter, brutal). But instead, they lose one of their team and the seer continues to walk free. And they can't even scan for the doctor to take them out.

Well, I am in favor of giving them means to find out the doctor....

I agree, it was stupid that I couldn't scan down the doctor.

If anything I'd remove the Doctor. It's like an annoying combination of the GA and hunter.

@ Kiwi

Don't be silly. Australian companies exist to employ people, even if it sends them bankrupt doing so. Whether Qantas flies is irrelevant to that. Don't be so un-Australian!

I second that notion.

As for the protectors - Having protection at all may be a bit dated. Lite works fine without it, Big may get a refresh out of not having protectors. Sure, this means there never will be one 100% trusted person for your JL to do outings through, but isn't that the point?

How about having the doc be a type of protector that causes someone's death to be delayed by a day, rather than actually saving them permanently? It nerfs the role into oblivion, sure.. but is that a bad thing?
Of course, how that works out with blesses and curses is a bit of an open question. Or what happens when the game ends before he actually keels over, dead .. :p
