DAY FOUR

Having lost many of their invading forces, the Sectoids were intent on bringing two of their number to the lasers. The Sectoids argued amongst themselves as to the particular Sectoids to be killed, but in the end they selected two of their number for the firing squad. Myoon (Sectoid) was a poor innocent, but all was not in vain. For Spockyt (X-Com Agent) was in fact working for the enemy!

Myoon (Sectoid) is lynched by the aliens.
Spockyt (X-Com Agent) is lynched by the aliens.

NIGHT FOUR

Now reduced to half their original size, X-Com was feeling the heat. In revenge for killing one of their own, X-Com agents strike during the night and shoot Jacksonian Missionary (Sectoid) is his sleep.

Jacksonion Missionary (Sectoid) is hunted in the night.

Wow, I'm mildly surprised none of the wolves tried to switch to Myoon last-minute. There was a pretty decent case to not have a TIE today.

As far as I can see only aedan tried something similar, but I feel it was too out in the open for him to be a wolf.

boo cowards! (knew I was right about Myoon)

Oh no you aren't. Don't even try to make up some garbage about me trying to save Spockyt. I specifically said, repeatedly, that I wanted a Myoon-Spockyt tie. If one had to be lynched alone, I prefered Myoon, but I made it quite clear a tie was the best option. Velasco tried to push for a Myoon-Euro tie, and in the process broke the existing Myoon-Spockyt tie, which caused me to switch my vote to Myoon from Spockyt.

I think that Velasco is a wolf; let's look at the few posts he's made in the last couple days.

Eek. The exposé seems odd and too soon?, but the above ^ goes waaaay the other way and does too much with the personal "you really hate me".

Since there's nothing to go on and I'm too tired to try and parse day 1 votes into something of use, I'll give Health the benefit of the doubt and bay for his blood if he's lying.

Questioning an outing isn't the smartest thing to do if you're a wolf, but it's also not something villagers are known to do.

Unsure about this Myoon bandwagon - could be just a noob making gaffes, Lord knows it happens. I'll repeat my

Cautions against the "Myoon bandwagon" -- in light of Myoon's innocence, I read this as the common "only sane man" wolf ploy: he's warning the village against lynching someone he knows is a goodie, but not so strongly that the target is actually changed to a possible packmate.

Urgh. Not sure how I feel about the tie being broken at the last minute, and lament not catching it sooner. But alright, here we go.

Vote Myoon
Going along with the village reluctantly so as to avoid suspicion, but he's still acting apprehensive.

I'm inclined to think a Myoon - Euro tie would give us more information than a Myoon - Spockyt tie. I'm not a big believer in voteswitches but since this is apparently our last lynching opportunity and we're going for a tie, I'll take the step:

Unvote Myoon

(Whereafter Spocky has the most votes, so if you want a tie some of you guys will have to vote elsewise)

Here he straight-up attempts to save Spockyt the wolf (and fails pretty badly).

Vote Velasco

I'm thinking Marshall and Velasco fit pretty well as the last two wolves. Both have acted suspicious with occasional focus on lynching unlikely wolves, and Marshall comes right out today trying to put suspicion on me for calling for a tie between a wolf and a villager, while ignoring Velasco calling for a tie between a villager and an unknown.

Vote Marshall

No caution or apprehension this time. Pending analysis from anyone who had time to do so

Vote Latin Kaiser

For the simple reason of me knowing I'm good and supposing you're more likely a baddie if you want me dead.

"I think that Velasco is a wolf"

It's a placeholder vote until I log on tomorrow and someone has hopefully come up with plausible candidate to vote on.

Edit: ignore the above, I read the above posts in carelessly.

No you didn't. You said-

Which is putting suspicion on me, even if there's a modifier there to mitigate it. In no way can this be construed as "specifically saying I don't think you're a wolf". Trying to backtrack on what you said makes me think you realised trying to get my lynched isn't going to work, and now you're searching for some other scapegoat.

I don't need a scapegoat; nobody was clamoring to lynch me. You need to put this into context, man. I was searching for an example of someone who switched off Myoon yesterday and only found your post in my quick search, so I decided to mention it. Just a matter of providing everyone with a clear picture of my thoughts, not deliberately putting suspicion on anyone.

The context was that it was the first post of the day, and you spent it specifically pointing out me, despite the actual events. And scapegoats aren't just made to respond to cases on yourself, they can be made preemptively to get focus on other candidates, who aren't you or your packmates.

Well, I don't know what to do. I think k-59 is so blatant a wolf that it hurts to see this village suffer so. But no one else seems to be on the side of righteous courage.
