Better make it a TIE, that way we can take out both of them.

I couldn't care less if it bothers you or not. I merely despise apathy.

This is not apathy. :)

He always tries to get me to look suspicious, so I preemptively strike him. And yes, we could do something better, like a hunt order, I suppose.

So you're a wolf, then? And Euro too?

Better make it a TIE, that way we can take out both of them.

Aww.
Ah well. Right. Let's see what we caught so far:

That's 4.

I'm no new Werewolf player. ;D

Vote randakar

Interesting. Only new(ish) players following my self vote. Hrm.
The thing is, since I know I am a villager, the people who vote me are much better bets for wolves than people who are voting unknowns.
Lynching the newbies just won't do, however. :(

Randakar is afraid to vote me.

I'm sorry, but that reasoning is so flawed it's ridiculous you even brought it up. What you know doesn't impact what others do, since we don't know what you know. Unless you share of course. You decided to vote yourself and proclaimed that you would be lame the whole game, thus others followed and voted you. If we have no clue who the wolves are, we can at least kill of someone who doesn't seem to want to play anyway.
Baiting like you apparently did there has no guarantees whatsoever to work, since as far as we know you might as well be a wolf pulling a j-L.

Promising. I'll keep an eye on you.

Hmmm, well noticed randakar, what reis said does seem like a Crovaxian slip. Oh well, no sense to continue the bandwagon:

Although I have to admit I'm torn between EURO(he annoys me) and reis. Oh well, there's still plenty of time.

EURO annoys everyone. It's standard procedure around here. :)

No no no!
Reis made no crovaxian slip! What nonsense is that? Randakar made something of a pun. Ofcourse wolves would hate to get noted as suspicious, but so do villagers. (look reis, I'm not the one making you suspicious, it was your comment that started it this time!)

Also Randakar's logic indeed fails (how unusual). However, it doesn't work in that direction.
Considering everyone votes randomly: wolves have a 90% chance of voting a villager, while a villager has a 80% chance of voting a villager. However, being a villager, and getting voted upon, does not give you any information about whether the voter is a wolf or not. In fact, for any random villager, the odds of a single vote being a wolf is only 20%. This is not in away combinable with the chance of voting a villager.

I blame it on a lack of sleep on Randakar's part ;)

Also, since I don't want to continue lynching myself, I'll vote someone who pretends he knows what a crovaxian slip is, while in fact he doesn't. Therefore basing his vote on a false assumption.

I think we will have to examine randakar through a whole different prism in this game. Let's not underestimate just how pissed he got in the Big Game.

That would depend on who's the "we", wouldn't it?

You've made two incorrect assumptions in your analysis, Rysz:

1.- Wolves will not vote other wolves. Wolves have no reason to not vote for their packmate. In fact, wolves are more likely to vote their packmates to give them cover later in the game should the other be lynched.

2.- Esemesas is a fool. Never put a plan into action based on your opponent's ignorance and/or incompetence. As far as you know, you're dealing with the most talented player this side of Thistletooth.

(look reis, I'm not the one making you suspicious, it was your comment that started it this time!)

And yet you're kinda doing it now. One would think that you would be a packmate of mine trying to protect me, if they don't know better. But of course, you're actually counting on people knowing better to bail me out and preserve the pack's mastermind.

(that was a Crovax)

You must read better. I only said random chances. For the rest, it was semi-humourous. Randakar's post was flawed in more than one way, also because what you say here: wolves are perhaps even more likely to vote other wolves.

No, I'm not making you suspicious. Let's go back:

(you know what, never mind... I don't feel like having this discussion right now). Let's just say you started the chain of events, and any action by me will be explained by you in a way that leads to "you're making me suspicious".

Before the first night? Good dreams euro :)

There's no seer in the game, Rysz. Good to know you still get defensive, though.
