Of course you'll get a win as well. I wasn't going to drag you down with me unnecessarily. Unfortunately I need to be at work at 9, so I can't wait around to snipe. I'll just have to assume that things were going to stay as they are and there'll be no (more) last minute changes of heart. the_hdk and Cymsdale aren't on anyway, so it'd have to be you drinking the kool-aid for anything to happen.

The sea melts due to a floating island of burning cork; the now damaged ship sailed gently past a series of 5 blazing islands. It was hard to shake the sense of arson that had been haunting the heroes. The next port of call was the Isle of the Blest. The capital there is made entirely of gold and populated by such luminaries as Ajax, Cyrus, Lycurgus, Achilles, and Socrates. It was quite a stay, and I’m sure a lot of cool stuff happened there. Not the least of which was Polyphemus challenged Odysseus to a rematch and beat him. Homer lived on the island and sang many songs of comfiest sofas, not mention exotic food stuffs that lie beyond the Western Ocean. He was surprised to see one of his best known characters come to such a gory end. But the final order of business was to deliver a letter from wolf-Odysseus to Calypso’s Island. It was an apology for leaving; he was coming back so that the enchantress might lift the curse on him that caused him to be a lycanthropes. It was all retribution on her part for his leaving. And so they did go on to deliver the note. But they were in no hurry to leave her island.

Capt.Kiwi the wolf was lynched.

VILLAGE VICTORY

Cymsdale

Adamus

If I messed up any final vote counts/orders, I was going to gift CK II The Old Gods (when it arrives) to anyone harmed thereby.

I think my wallet has braved all of this unscathed.

Also, you would have won yesterday if Marty had switched his vote successfully (obviously).

I was fully prepared for a tie/village victory yesterday.

In all, everything seemed balanced well, though the village got lucky with a first true vote on gigau, and marty's scan on tamius.

I thought that 3 wolves might be skewed in the village's favor, so the lack of disclosure and possibility that there could be more than 3 evened things out by give the wolves a potential psychological edge.

Also Marty's final scan-which he never got the results for, being hunted-was Kiwi, with Cymsdale as a back up if Kiwi was voted off (which would have been a victory anyhow).

Kiwi's final hunt was hdk, not that it matters, as if he hadn't lost today's vote, he would have won regardless of hunt.

Congratz to the village... although it feels like you got lucky in the end (unless there was secret discussions behind the scene).

And nice work, Kiwi... nearly made it !

Was the xarkan hunt a change, or just a standing hunt they didn't bother to switch?

Kiwi put Xarkan in early, and for whatever reason, Tamius decided not to change it.

Actually, you were first on the standing back-up hunt list in the event that no order was placed.
