I was thinking that as well, something like making it necessary to find only 3/4 wolves for village victory, but given my pack fell apart here it might not actually be necessary. I'd probably say to run this same setup again.

Agreed. Don't start changing this setup until there's been a wolf victory.

Nice job village. This worked better than I expected, and I was the one who called for it. That said, I agree with snoopdogg that something needs to be adjusted for long term balance. There needs to be some way to root out a wolf who happily votes his own pack, I just haven't decided what yet. Although no matter how well an individual wolf plays, he can be let down by his packmates - didn't davisx3m do the classic throwaway on a wolf day one? So even if trespoe had hidden better, there was still that to go on.

well, I had voted Vain on day 1 before I switched to Mal, I think. But I try to avoid the normal "wolf-tells" where A) they put someone forward and when the person pushes back, they fold their analysis (I try to be consistent) and B) where they always wait for someone else to vote and then join in (I did drxav one day and pushed Rendap this last day) I was hoping that since there was nothing to separate Rendap and Enkhuush from me votewise, that I could pin the excuse of them voting Falc early and then I came along with a strong late vote to lynch Falc.

Sorry, drxav, I would have lynched you anyway for what you did. That would have been a classic "wolf tell" where it was unavoidable that Falc was going down and you make a very late vote on him for an alibi. If I wasn't a wolf and knew nothing more I would have voted you. Reis had an excuse (he was tied with Falc) and OY just didn't vote at all.

besides, I wanted to grind you into a paste, snort it up my nose, cut it with baby powder, and sell it to underprivileged children!

That missed vote on Falc was an honest mistake. You know, I really was busy having you all kill your own priest muahahahhahahaaa.

I'm glad you feel this way towards me, it just shows how important I've been to your recent WW life.

Boris... ಠ_ಠ

I do think the lesson here for a wolf is to throw your packmates under a bus. If I'd called for Davis' head and gotten him killed it might have compromised Trespoe, but it would have made lynching me extremely hard. Instead I did what I could to help him, and it compromised me.

I've won a game as a wolf without ever voting for a packmate, and I was the only one left. The wolves in the lite game didn't put enough effort into hunting those who were considered "cleared" or at the very least partially cleared.

The more suspicious people there are, the easier it is to convince people to lynch someone else, especially if everyone is suspicious. Many people are happy voting for for someone else, as long as they're not being run up, and this is only more obvious at the end of the game.

I agree, I considered hunting Boris the moment Davis was killed, but never bothered. Of course Drxav would scream "COWARD" again and again, but we've been over that.

This was a failure of a pack in many ways, I played my part in it.

Not really. Lynching you is easier than you might think :)

OY WILL GM THE NEXT LITE GAME

I have given my blessing.

I'd quite like to see OY GMing, but esemesas did well with Wimbledon once he figured out how to BCC. I don't see why him GMing would stop you playing, if he does end up doing it. And there's nothing to say he will do it, either.
