Seeing as how making a last minute split decision worked yesterday, one among you decides to try it again... with a gun. Unfortunately, the guy he shot, Agent "Wagonlitz," turned out to just be a normal CIA agent.

Night 5

Arriving the next day, you find it odd that Agent Robert "Audren" Mueller has been missing for two days in a row. Turns out he had been killed in his apartment a while back, quietly and cleanly, with no trace of who had done the crime.

I get baddie feelings from BlackCrown and alynkio. My gut just tells me that Capi is good, dunno why. I think lynching one of my suspects will make our future strategy much clearer. I'm unsure on Tornadoli, he plays as he usually does. With just ten minutes to deadline it's hard to focus as I also need to be prepared for self-preservation. More info after update if I survive it.

I still have baddie feelings on alynkio, especially after his throw-away vote yesterday. I'm now 99% sure that Capibara is a villager. Audren gets goodie points for being first voter on BC, but because it's the first vote I can't be fully sure on him being an absolute villager. I'm divided on the Tornadoli-Wagonlitz issue but I don't like some of Wagon's posts near deadline where he questioned the switch to BC. I will later today do a day 3 post analysis.

So three wolves to find and we are one bad update from parity. Removing myself from the list of remaining players we get:

Capibara's vote on Wagonlitz is strange and suspicious but I think we have better suspects than him. Tornadoli and Jackson are unknowns, hard to tell whether they are good or bad.

I would say that while it looks like I was tunneling on Capibara, I was only serious on Day 4, as Day 1 and 2 were just joke votes. I did have a case, somewhat, and even though Capibara was an early voter on BC, I viewed that, coupled with BC voting Capibara as a possible suspicious move, Capibara getting stuck voting for BC, and BC attempting to distance Capibara further.

I'm thinking Voyager today, as his reasoning for voting Wagon yesterday was flawed at best.

Nope. Nope. Nope. I tried to run up Hax next to also moron Torn. After that post, I didn't get back on, so I wasn't aware of the BC debacle until just now. That little idea of yours doesn't work. In the same vein, Hax's behavior since I voted him has absolved him, in my opinion. I'm not gonna say that you are a wolf because of your bullshit argument, but I'm also not gonna say you're innocent. alynkio and Audren haven't been touched almost at all, if I recall correctly, which honestly could mean anything. Spockyt's vote is almost useless, in fact, fairly suspicious because, instead of actually making much of an argument (which, to be fair, is an early pre-coffee? argument to make for him) he just lists some names and tries to bring up the Capibara/Capage incident. But. What really sticks with me is that Wagonlitz is still alive. That, coupled with the fact that he has sniped aedan Day 1 on several other games where he was a wolf lends to the possibility that he actually is a wolf this game.

At the moment, my wolf roster stands at Mulish Wag, Jackson, and Spockyt, but Wagon is the strongest of the three candidates for me.

This is the post in question. The case part of it is right at the end, and the case in question is this; Wagon is alive, therefore Wagon is a wolf. Plus, Wagon has hunted Aedan before, therefore Wagon is a wolf.

Not really good enough for a Day 4 case. Is this good enough for a Day 5 case? Maybe, maybe not, but I say it's worth a go.

Good update. We should focus more on how BlackCrown voted to try and find his packmates.

Imposter-Capibara and Audren seem fairly good from their key early votes on BC, but BC did vote Capibara, so that could be a distancing attempt, and Capibara might have just got caught voting BC. I had early suspicions towards Hax, however his in depth and useful posts have made me reconsider that, I'm suspicious towards Torn, but I tend to always be. I don't know about Alynkio, I've got a suspicious feeling, but I can't see anything wrong. At first glance, Alynkio being the only voter on Audren was a bit iffy, but the vote was placed before candidates were decided on. Jackson I likewise have a suspicion towards, but absolutely no reason. I'm clearly innocent.


That's as in depth analysis you are getting at 8AM.


For the Wolves, I'd say Capibara, Alynkio, Jackson, but I would not be at all comfortable going for either Alynkio or Jackson.

Spockyt decides to vote Capibara. I find this very strange because it was Capibara after all who placed the second vote on the wolf BlackCrown.

Tornadoli says he will do an analytical post but then disappears. A bit suspicious IMO.

Ehh fine sleep is overrated and I have a teacher certification test later today so let's get my part over with.

Wagonlitz: A bit weird of a read because frankly he's been a lazy tunneler on Tornadoli all game, and he hasn't posted anything else of major importance so I'd be willing to lynch him. However he did start the break for BlackCrown (only seconds before me it seems) so that is obvious points in his favor. While I'm still a little suspicious I'm not quite ready to vote him. Slight lean Villager:

Hax: Pretty much been the most active and his analysis has been quite productive. While his tie shenanigans with Torn were undeniably very stupid, Hax is known to try and do crazy stuff all the time and I'm definitely not getting a wolfish vibe from him so far. So I'm going with a villager read on him.

Tornadoli: All my points still stand about him from yesterday and nothing he's done has really made me change my mind in terms of his behavior, however he was run up next to a known wolf yesterday so that does lower his chances of being wolf at least in my eyes. So right now I'm very 50/50 on him but wouldn't mind at all to see him lynched. However Idon't think that's who I'll vote today.

Capibara/Audren: Has done nothing of note all game, which is par the course for Capibara. However he is the 2nd person to vote BC, which gives him some major goodie points in my eyes so as of now he's a poor lynch, and I'm going to lump Audren into this category too because their actions this game in terms of the wolf vote and productivity are about the same to me.

F27 Voyager: As of now I think he's my preferred candidate today, as he tried to run up Hax next to the known wolf BC, and his day 2 was just a throwaway on Wagonlitz where there was almost no thought given to that vote. Combine that with the fact he's received no pressure whatsoever and I think he's a very strong wolf candidate today.

Spockyt: Kind of the same read I have on Voyager, where he tried to run up Hax next to a wolf and his posting besides that is less than spectacular, and it seems his throwaway on Capibara Day 2 is even more egregious than Voyager's throwaway so I'm getting a wolf read on him and wouldn't mind seeing him get the noose.

Alyniko: I'm more suspicious of Alyniko at the moment because he's simply not contributing to the village with analysis like he usually does. I've found his posts fairly underwhelming, and his throwaway vote on Audren yesterday doesn't all that well with me. And he was somewhat of a perpetrator in the really dumb tie on Day 2 so I think he too is a solid candidate in terms of wolfishness. But I like Spockyt and Voyager more at the moment.

So yeah my pool of wolves comes from the 5 of Wagon, Torn, Voyager, Spockyt, and Alyniko. I think that Voyager is the strongest candidate at the moment so I'm going to vote him today.

BlackCrown is a fairly new player, and there is probably some merit to the idea that the wolves didn't feel too much sorrow about throwing him under the bus both to gain convincing alibi votes and to prevent contagion from a habitually sketchy poster. Still, I would say his early voters Audren, Capi and Hax are looking pretty solidly good right about now. Wagon and Jackson's switches came after BC's fate was basically already sealed. Wagon also seemed to softly resist the BC lynch before changing his mind.

Fair enough, but in my defense, at the time I was posting, there weren't really strong and overwhelming cases to be made against anyone. As I mention in my post, I was highly suspicious of BC; the only reason I chose Audren over BC was that BC usually acts kinda sketchy. Real life aggressively got in the way for me, and I wasn't able to update my vote accordingly as BlackCrown started acting even weirder under pressure.

So, our wolf pack must include 3 of {Jacksonian, SpockyT, Voyager, Wagonlitz, Tornadoli}
I'm having trouble fitting Wagon and Tornadoli into the same pack. Unless their voting of each other yesterday is some wolfish ploy.

So let's review our Potential Wolf list!

Wagon: Only switched to BlackCrown after he was already doomed and after softly pushing back against killing him. Tends to die early unless a wolf.
Torn: Instrumental in creating the sad tie on day 2. Under pressure, BlackCrown switched to Hax over Tornadoli.
Voyager: Has largely stayed out of the spotlight, but there are few reasons not to vote him, especially considering Audren, Capi, and Hax are very unlikely wolves at this point. Also, were Hax voters yesterday.
Spock: See above.
Jackson: Jackson is crafty and smart enough to dissociate himself from his packmates, still, he voted BC too late for it to really mean much and was voted by the Seer day 1.

I think the village would be foolish not to kill either Wagonlitz or Tornadoli today. As of now they are at 1 vote a piece. For now...
