Bug: The Reach keeps replacing the Lord Paramount of the Westerlands. The second the Reach wins the Lord Paramount of the Westerlands declares themselves Kings. This should obviously not be happening- the Westerlands are still part of the Iron Throne.

1) Sure. The Lords of the Reach keep declaring war for a variety of characters claim on the Westerlands. Sometime they will declare war for a character they overthrew, which is more than a bit silly but w.e.
2) If I knew how to upload saves I would be able to, yes. This has happened multiple times so it should still work though it hasn't happened in a while (I've made sure to end the Reachmen's war on the Westerlands so that I don't have to force the Rock to be part of the Iron Throne again).
