This might be well-known on the forum, but in a recent game I discovered something incredible. Because tumbling in this mod is based on location, you can tumblr in any court that you're in. If your character is appointed chancellor, and sent to another court, nothing is stopping you from seducing people there.

If your character leads an army, you can send him across Westeros, tumbling with courtiers in every province. After conquering a province, you can familiarize yourself with the local people before returning home. If you want to Make the Eight, you can just spend two years strolling with a small army from region to region. Male rulers can seduce female rulers of more powerful realms. Legitimizing the ensuing bastard and making them your heir is a great loophole for upward mobility in this generally rigid society.

This is aslo perfect for RPing Robert's Rebellion.

I could have sworn there was a NOT = in_command line somewhere on that code...

Also, great tittle thread, way upthere with the best.

You can't tumble around while in command.

He means the random event one, where you create bastards while away from home.
Cause it is cold and lonely.
So basically he runs around waiting for that one to pop.

This is pretty much the easiest way to Make the Eight (at least for non-Ironborn).

I think they do have to be in the same realm, however, so a mega-war can really mess it up.

And yes, this is a great thread title.

But in 0.9 things were fishy for me, that I wasn't able to play normal. But tumbling everything NOT allowed was possible, but everything allowed >.< was like never happening.

In the end I just gave up, and installed 0.9.1 beta, which tumbling works as it should.
Especially as charinfo says.

No, you can. You can't fall in love, but you can still personal interaction -> visit bedchamber.

Even this is an oversight, it's a great little feature that honestly adds to the realism quite a bit.

Ah then wasn't the only one where visit bedrooms was bugged!
That refuses to visit legit targets or pop up, but none legit target like pregnant women and other stuff.
You could visit there bedchamber,

Lmao I thought my 0.9 was bugged, anyway bleh with personal interaction.
hurray for beta patch visit bedroom straight away ;)

Surely it has to be a feature, there's a whole ambition about it.
