What are the Badboy changes from 1.07c to 1.08?

I really don't want to go through the trial and error again.

I haven't been playing 1.08 for very long but I believe the only differences are:

Badboy can't go lower than 0
Badboy goes down -1 every 4 years

If there is a more thourough and knowledgable answer then I'd like to know too.

There might be some minor tweaks to some provinces/actions BB rate, though I have been palying beta 1.08s for so long I hadly remember what 1.07 looked like =)

Anyway, the above is the main changes.
