Are you talking before or after becoming the GOAT khan? Before, doing tributary wars is the way to go if you aren't raiding. You might want to try to get Temujin's friend unlanded so you don't have to deal with the betrayal. It is preferable to dominate a kingdom before you get the conqueror event. But if get the conqueror event before becoming a khan, don't dominate a title. It has a ten year cooldown. Try migrating for an empire level title when you get the conqueror event without already being a khan
