What comes with Vicky2 preorder?

I preordered Victoria 2 from Amazon U.S. However since they released the game a week late and are going to deliver in a week despite me paying for one-day shipping I'd like to know if it's worth keeping my preorder or buying it from a company that isn't two weeks late.

gamersgate offered the OST and some extra song as incentive for pre-ordering. I think steam offered Vicky 1+Ricky. Dunno if amazon had any special offers. Might wanna get it somewhere else.

But he pre-order the game and still doesn't have it.

And from what I know Amazon didn't have any pre-order bonuses, but in the box you will have technology charts(some chart dont remember specific), and printed manual.

Actually there is no printed manual in the boxed version. But there is a printed map and tech guide.

That is a shame, I love printed manuals, always read them everywhere, I hate pdf.manuals. At least V2 has good turtorial in game.
