Easy peasy, find which beta testing company has a contract with Paradox to test their games, as an example I will give you Enzyme Testing Labs who I know is working on the next total war. (Just to be clear I can't say more if I don't want to get in legal trouble) Anyway, find the equivalent for Paradox, get a job with them and to some concept/alpha/beta testing. What if Paradox does it in house, get a job there. It's is the best, you get paid a shitty salary to not have any fun with the game. Or find a way to get invite to events. I don't see any other way to play the game earlier, unless they do a close beta like for HoI 4.
