For the life of me I cannot figure out what tax_eff means in the savegame files, one would expect it stands for effective tax of tax efficiency, but I cannot find nor figure out any consistent relationship between these figures and the know tax efficiency and effective tax rate in the game.
This is how the game saves the rich strata tax info in the file;
In this save game for the country I know the effective tax rate is 19.25%, the aristocrats tax of £91.06 and the capitalists tax of £31.50 are observed in the game. Its the tax_eff figure of 35207(aristocrats) and 145963(capitalists) that i have no idea relate to what or what they mean.
