Ok i may have stolen this idea slightly, but my aim here is to play germany as hitler and i want everyone in the forum to play other personalities i.e. goring, himmler and others. Before i do anything i want ppl to effectivelly tell me how to play as if you were meeting your fuhrer and trying to effectively convince me your right. First things first what laws shall i implement, where shall i assign my leadership and what shall i start to produce. Please well advising me on what i should do try to stay in character. I.E. pick your personality and stick to it.

Thanks in advance i will start playing when i have at least a few viewers.

I the Führer of the greatest nation on the planet, are fatherland, the thousand year reich believe we need to implement some new laws.
Firstly i believe we should implement a two- year draft so as increase are manpower reserves as those 3 imperialist powers of England, France and the USSR will attempt to invade us if we do not attempt to defend areselves.
In this same vain i intend us to go towards a more hawkish and war centred economy and will start to pump money into are schooling system to create a more itellectual standpoint for are fatherland. The last law i intend to implement is either specialist or minimal training. What does my council believe is better? more expensive training or minimal quick training?

As to your specific question:

Specialist training is the way to go. Our manpower base is large, but our objectives are larger. This is the best way to maximize this valuable resource.

Besides, I'd like to think its impossible for us to lose when the number of troops are equal.

The fuhrer agree's on your emphasis on mobile forces, by why cavalry went we can use far more modern forces i.e. Panzers, Mechanized and motorized?
Why cavalry? Would you rather command some Panzers?

I GUESS Panzers and Motorized units are ok...if you're into that sort of thing...Cavalry was good enough for Genghis Kahn, so it should be good enough for anyone.

If you do decide to build expensive armored units, building the first few as a reserve formation would save on industrial capacity but would build practical knowledge to help research and make later forces cheaper.

I will build caverly for you heinz depending on what other advice i get as you are the military expert. Next most important question what do my council suggest i build and research for the first 3 months of the year of 36?
Or should i just give my leadership over to himmler, goebbels and the propaganda department?

I second Hermann's request for planes. Planes are a vital quick striking hammer, important to prepare the way for the rapid advance of the cava--i mean, the panzer divisions. They also will prevent enemy forces from reorganizing. 4-engined planes are very, very expensive, though, so if you're going to build them you need to start early to properly gear the industries for larger-scale production. A wing costs about as much as a panzer division (or ~3-4 Cavalry divisions!)

I also agree with Admiral Doh-Nut's thoughts on U-BOATS. Aircraft carriers were an interesting diversion, but since the world's oceans descended into an unceasing storm as of Jan 1 of 1936, they're not as useful as the might have been.
