Crusader Kings is currently in development and hasn't hit beta yet. From what I've read, its a medieval dynastic sim. The player controls a European royal dynasty between 1066 and 1453. There's a bunch of information on this site; check the thread entitled "Crusader Kings previews & interviews" above for greater detail.
My description doesn't do it justice, however. Once it comes out, as Drakken said, it'll be a dream come true.

Sorry, but there are dozens of games about WWII available on the market. But Medieval games which simulates the complexity of dynasties? There ain't even one...
