To use the in-game store, you need a GamersGate account. You can spend Blue Coins to purchase DLC. Some of it is free, so that alone makes it worth signing up for GamersGate, if you have not already.

As for the content, there are a few single-player missions, a bunch of extra kingdom spells, IIRC some new hero abilities, the Temple to Lunord (which lets you recruit assassins, which are basically powerful versions of rogues), and most importantly: an extra level to the blacksmith, so your heroes can buy more powerful weapons and armor.

And buy with blue coin, but where? in gamersgate? or in-game?(kingmaker?)

Then, STEAM kingmaker user can't see or use that in-game store?
