What is it called, building extending automaticly

Sometimes buildings extend backwards from the actual asset building. Or in front.
As an example a 2x2 building extends the back lot so it takes up 2x4 (as an example)
Does that feature have a name?

That ain't no feature nor does it really have a name, game just builds what you mark to fill.
