What is new in the EK SVN (As of 1/10/2019)

I got a new computer and my old one had the SVN downloaded on it. I am considering downloading it again because I hear Elder Kings is now usable with CK2 3.0. I have been wondering what has been added, or if anything has changed? My biggest concern with playing EK was a the Imperial Commune elective system. I am hoping that the current SVN version is using the 3.0 system instead of the old one. I will be downloading it now if I can remember how.

The SVN is indeed currently compatible with CK2 version 3.0 and Holy Fury. The best way to check any new/revised features from a given point in time would be to read over the comments in the SVN revision logs using whichever SVN client you use.
