When Paradox reached 200,000 members a few months back, they gave a special code giving a discount on all their games before HTTT. In addition, if you used the code it would give you a code to enter in the Registration section giving you the 200k club icon (The Golden Platypus). They aren't doing the discount anymore though.
IIRC, it's from a sale that Paradox had on Gamer's Gate after the 200,000th member of the forums registered. If you bought one of their games on GG during the celebrations, you got the icon.

Some people might still have more than one 200k club registration code, which means some would be unused. There's no telling who sadly.
