I apologize if this is posted somewhere else, but I am too lazy to search every thread lol... a quick search didn't answer my question completely.
With the ruler designer you can customize rulers, this also means you can customize other rulers but not use them, the ironman mode is still enabled but I noticed some achievements won't pop up while playing. Specifically, the one you get for inheriting a coinitial trait, and a few of the other simpler achievements.
I've read achievement guides which suggest you can edit some rulers besides your own and still get the achievements, though I did not attempt the harder achievements yet lol. I have also edit some other rulers besides my own on other play throughs and did get some achievements...
My questions are is there a limit to character creation before achievements no longer become available, also does changing culture or religion effect this? Again I tried changing them myself the game still says ironman is enabled but again simple achievements which should be popping up as completed are not activating.
I've also tried the inheritance achievement without editing any ruler including the one I picked but no such luck.
