I've seen a Crazed Depressed Ill Pneumonic Heretical Excommunicated Bastard, but how many physical deformities, "societal", physical and mental afflictions can a character have? I suppose it's possible to be a Depressed, Crazed, Leperous, Ill, Heretical, Excommunicated, Clubfooted Bastard?

I believe you can only have one birth-defect like Club-Footed, Leper, Harelip, Intestinal Worms, Blind, and Inbred. Other than that pretty much unlimited.

I'm fairly sure Intestinal worms, leprousy and blindness are like pneumonia - an end-result of illness. Clubfooted, harelip and inbred are congenital. So someone, supposedly, could be a clubfooted heretical excommunicated bastard but not a clubfooted, harelipped heretical etc.

IIRC these afflictions lower the health score, which can't be zero (or lower) since that means a character dies.
