What is the trait localization location for CK2+?

I'm trying to fiddle around and add some traits myself into CK2+, but I cannot find where the localization files for the other traits are. I can see the localization folder, but I cannot find a file with traits in it. Can someone say where to find it?

That would be 0_text.csv - buried somewhere inside there.
Be sure to make your own submod however if you use Steam, else your changes will get overwritten.
