So i was playing as Teutonic Order and i saw this when i checked at Polands heir.

Just chance of your dynasty on throne of Poland, no PU. Yes thereafter PU is easier but that is not related to the percentages.

Numbers that I marked in red are support points for hair. One with most points on ruler death will become next king. Percentage marked in blue are chance that this heir will get 1 point every month. It's based on DipRep and relations with Poland. Only Chrystian monarchies can support heir by sending diplomat (like improving relations). When you have same dynasty as Poland you can get event that give you CB to PU them, but it's the only way to do that (until +-1600 when they change to absolute monarchy). It's added in Res Publica so if you just bought it would explain why you never seen it before.
