What time on Thursday?

Sorry if ive missed this somwhere, do we know what time on thursday the game will unlock on steam?

(im debating booking some holiday )

In most cases Paradox releases games in the local afternoon (ie 15-18 CET).
Note: This is just from my experience - being a moderator gives me no more insight in such processes than you. So grain of salt and such.

i think i will play cardassians first.. just because they are the last ones i think about. i hope i can make gul dukat the absolute ruler ^^

and in MP, the Klingon-Federation alliance with a buddy that weekend.

I will be playing with my wife on Friday night. She has consistently focused on the Federation, so that is settled. But I keep agonising over Klingons or Romulans... At time of writing, I think the pre-order Klingon voice pack slightly edges them ahead.
