Hello, :)

Since I saw CK2 on facebook, I am once again back to playing CK :D So can anyone tell me what the best mods to use together, (graphics/pictures/events) to do? I am updated to latest beta patch if that helps.

The two major mods are DVIP and TASS. You should try both out :) ... but they are not compatible with each other, so I would suggest that you make two additional copies of your CK folder, and install each mod on those copies. Then basically pic the one you like best :)

There is an event pack called BOPACK which I think is included in DVIP Add-ons.

There are also some graphics mods and sound mods around the Modding forum somewhere :)

I downloaded DVIP and the BOPACK so everything looks okay. Except this: Is this normal? Also, the event pictures are mixture of normal event pictures and BOPack event pictures, I hope this is normal? :)

Thanks for pointing DVIP out TempestDK.

in order for female inheritance to be included, jord had to make use of monastic supremacy religious law. If you click it, it will change your inheritance law to cognatic or male preference primogeniture

Yes it is ... DVIP includes this inheritance law :) ... but he had to replace one of the religious laws with it. So if you want that inheritance law, I am pretty sure you are stuck with Monastical Balance as a religious law :)
