What's something really dumb that shouldn't really be in the game but you would be happy to see?

What would be a terrible idea, but incredibly funny to add to the game for you?

Personally, I'd like to see a feature that if the game detects you alt+F4'd or save scummed in an iron man game, there would be an incredibly low chance (like 1 in 100,000) that your nation instantly gets hit by a meteor and you get a game over screen, it's incredibly dumb, but oh my god would it be funny.

Okay, but actually, I'd love an anti save scumming mechanic. You know, as long as it doesn't screw me over when my game crashes legitimately.

CK3 and Vic3 both save the file on alt-f4 and stop task events.
