Some time ago I tried to play multiplayer, but I constantly had the message that I can't join and I should check my router or firewall. I don't have any firewalls, I use a public unblocked by anything IP etc.
I presumed it was a doomsday v1.1 bug.
So, now, since there is v1.2 I decided to check if it works like it should.
But after entering the chat, when someone makes a game I get that my version is different than the host's, even thought we both have v1.2 REBB. What's the deal? How can they be different if it's the same game and the same checksum? Do the language of the game count? But that would be silly.
And second thing : after a couple of minutes, the valkirienet chat hangs. And when I try to press "back" button, my entire computer frezzes. This did not happen in v1.1.
Anyone got any suggestions?
