When Does Moselly enacts the revolution in Kaiserrich?

Hello ,i am sorry i am now to this .
So i have tryed countles of time tryed to restore the United Kingdom as Union of Briatain by going the route i found in hoi4 ,but whill doing all the steps there the revolution just does not happend , i had seen the AI doing it (which had gave the ideea to try ) but for some reason after getting the RED event ,i got no other ones .

I am all out of ideea can someone help please?

AFAIK, british revolution can be triggered in two ways:
1. Elect Mosley in 1936 (you don't have to make him gensec), in Postwar Congress (usually after fall of Berlin) make him chairman for life, wait for event "Cold, wet day" and choose military option
2. Elect either Kenney or y Glais in 1936, in postwar Congress allow military to take control
With military in charge, soon you will be able to restore the UK.
RED events may later grant some units for Canada if she actually lands in UoB territory and that's all.

They join UoB in war against UK, as revolution liberates the latter in southwestern Britain.

EDIT: I've just checked events and it seems that royalist British victory event (event 214040 in Britain domestic policy) triggers non-exixtent event (should be 114002).
