When I quit, or before....

When I finish playing the game, I want to quit, but when the screen with the options (Quit, Single player, Multiplayer, etc.) appears, if I click on the "quit" option, the computer crashes, and I must restart it with the "restart" button. Why? Is there anything I can do to improve my computer's performance? I already patched the game, now I have the 1.10 (UK) version, (I'm in Italy but I bought it in England) please, help!

Very clearly a feature Paradox implemented to prevent people from ever stopping to play, since only option is to begin a new game.

Seriously, I don't Know what the problem is but my solution to that kind of problem with my own comp. is to either ignore the problem ( ALT-TAB, then close it from there), or re-install, first the gam, and if that doesn't help, then Windows.

What kind of system are you running on?

If your PC freezes press ctrl+alt+del and press Enter once wait about 10 secs and press again, it works all the time even if you don't see the task manager.

Well your problems aren't over ,yet...
Just go to the bug reporting forum, or they are making that up, or the game is full of bugs as there are so many posts...rotfl
