When in the Dynasty Tree, unable to open the character screen in a certain situation

Description​

When in the Dynasty Tree, if you click on a character, the character screen opens on the left. There is a bug however if you click on a character for which the character screen is already open, the character screen closes, and you can no longer open the character screen for the character no matter how many times you click on it. Workaround: Click a different character, and then re-click on the original character

Steps to reproduce​

(1) Open the Dynasty Tree UI
(2) LMB on a character to open the character screen on the left
(3) LMB on the same character as in step (2) above - note that the character screen closes
(4) LMB on the same character again - note that the character screen does not open no matter how many times you click on it
(5) Test the workaround by clicking on another character, and then clicking again on the original character - the character screen now re-opens
