When the player has become Regent, and then become a Diarch, someone else becomes both Regent and Co-Emperor

Description​

I had placed myself as Regent of my Byzantine Emperor friend, then I get the event in which I become the Diarch and Co-Emperor. However, when I accept someone else becomes the Regent and Co-Emperor, while on the Regent UI I am still officially Regent.

This means that none of the Regency actions are available to me, even though I could access them.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Become Regent of the Byzantine Emperor by the "Become Regent" interaction
2. Wait until you get the Co-Emperor event in which you choose to either Swing the scales by 5, or do nothing.
3. Immediately, someone else becomes the Regent and/or Co-Emperor.
4. Access the Liege Regent UI
5. Your character will be listed officially as Regent, even though on the Emperor's character screen the other person is the Regent or Co-Emperor
