Where are the 'Common' Folder Files in the Paradox Launcher Version of Stellaris?

(I posted this in another forum, but felt like this was better)
So I am trying out modding in Stellaris and I can't find the common folder files, along with some other game files. I am using the Paradox Launcher version of the game. Where are these files stored? Do they even exist?
