Does anyone know if there is currently an en-US.loc file in the game folders, for example, so that one can localize the game to the desired language? I know that it is at least more difficult these days, and the instructions that used to be available online no longer work in the current situation. I last played Cities Skylines 2 in January, when I found the localization information in question somewhere, which I replaced to get the language I wanted in the game, but I can't remember where I found it. Thanks for your help in advance!
