I think this is the 2nd time I see you write the word "crack" in a post regarding this problem of yours. The question becomes: the basic EU file you have, and which you say is 1.04, is that a proper one or a cracked version?
Because of your problems I begin to believe it may be a cracked one and that the MP program somehow detects that.
If not, then what version are you using. Strategy First, Ubisoft? etc. You must know which to download the correct 1.07. Just any 1.07 will not do AFAIK.
I asked you those questions last night in vnet but you did not respond - at least not for some 10-15 minutes and then I left.

actually i dont know if it is a cracked version or not, its the UBISOFT version at least, i bought it in a game store.

I saw a site for download of Ubisoft 1.07 last night and told you in vnet I could DL it for you. But as I wrote, you did not answer.
Now that page is closed and I believe Paradox is making a new grand DL interface (there is a general announcement here on the Forum about it).
But really, I think you are misinformed. This strange 1.07 update you say you were told you need, and not until then a 1.08 update upon that is AFAIK unheard about before. My guess is that your problem is something else.
