Where can i find people to play with?

Hey, i have played hoi2 and DH in SP for a while, but now iam looking for people to play it with online.

But i dont really know where to look at.
I'd even love to be the host, since i have good hardware (16gb RAM + X6 1100T) and a good internet connection (100mbit down, 6mbit up). The only possible problem might be, that iam located in germany and that some people in countryies oversea would have a bad latency. well, and since i never have hosted HOI before iam not really familiar with how things go online.

Anyway, can you reccomend any good community or place to find people to play?
 
You could use GameRanger, it's usually advertised here. I'm in Hungary, so we could also play.
 
I play using Gameranger. Go on smaller forums which deal with games. For instance, I go on josefvstalin.com (semi sponsored by Paradox, btw) which is a smallish forum and is full of DH players who use gameranger.

Im down to play during the week, Eastern Atlantic time(that would be around 5-6-7pm CET for european players). Never played online before, but im down for a game. Not sure about hosting, but i will give it a shot. I have Hamachi if needed.
