Does anybody know where I can find lists of kingdom tags, duchy tags, county tags (each on a separate list) and land province ID list? I'm working on something that will need these.

Province.csv is more-or-less good list about land provs, though it's not categorized for easy reading. Daywalker's prov id map is very nice, though has (at least) two bugs in numbering.
County tags are easy as each prov's tag is CXXX where XXX is prov number.
Duchy and kingdom tags are foundable in Daywalker's 1.03 tag list thread, which is lurking as a non-sticky around here somewhere.

Put it a different way. What is the range of land province IDs and what exceptions are there? I'm sure i found this before, I think it was in the bug froum.
