I've looked all over these forums, and even tried google-ing the answer... with absolutely no luck -- I just want to know where I can download the 2.01 patch for Victoria: Revolutions.

I just (finally!!) bought Victoria Revolutions from paradoxshop.com so I'll be recieving a hard copy which should contain the latest patch. Great.

If there were to be another patch (extremely unlikely) they would make a separate download for it. Right now there really is no patch download for 2.01 at all since the CD is already patched; GG users just re-download the whole expansion already patched.sebbz said:

What does it say on the game menu? Don't go by what the installer says.
There is no patch available for 2.01. All sources of Revolutions should already be at that version.

the game menu says nothing. There is no version number on the game menu. Should there be something written somewhere ?
Should say Victoria - 2.01 in red in the upper-right corner of the main menu if it is actually v2.01 (might be hard to read because of the color). The initial release was v2.0 but it showed 1.04 on the main menu because they forgot to update the code.
