I would like to know where or when we can get the DLC if you already have everything else. I made the mistake and DL the Majesty 2 collection from Amazon.com and they do not have the DLC. They are blaming Paradox and I tried to contact Paradox but nothing so far.

I'm not sure, but I know I got it via the in-game shop which connects to GamersGate.
There you can see what DLC you own. It should be everything.

Only the version sold on GamersGate includes the in-game shop. The only way to get the DLC from outside gamers gate is to buy the collector's edition.
