Hey guys! I tried to change the crown authority in my kingdom but I can't find the slider. I am playing as the Jarl of Jorvik. Is this a bug?

if you're a jarl, you don't have a kingdom.
if you don't have a kingdom, you don't get to set CA. CA of de jure kingdom applies.
IIRC, current version doesn't even show CA if you don't have access to it.
