Where is my deluxe content?

Hi.
I bought First Colony Edition before it was released. But even after enough time, I didn't get some deluxe contents. I just have a Art Book, OST, Stellaris Dome Set, Wallpaper and Season Pass. Where is Metropolis set or Quantum sonic radio? These were not in the game. When I check this game with console, deluxe upgrade pack is missing. As you know, First Colony Edition must contain that dlc(APPID:801710). I think it seems to be a subscription problem.

A few hours after this post, the dlc came into my library.

You should have Quantom Sonics as a radio choice. I think the Metropolis set is the darker skins for buildings. I have four skins for apartments and three skins for domes which I believe includes the metropolis set.

I already know what it contains. And I can't find anything in the game. That's why I'm saying this is a problem. btw Thank you for reply

Yeah, I have already looked for it many times but it was not.

Not all buildings and vehicles have multiple skins. Water tanks have 2, rockets have 2, fuel processors have 2, domes have 3, drones have 4, RC-drones have 2, just from memory.

They are all toggled via that paint brush.
