After 9 months with vanilla HoI, I took the plunge last night and fired up C.O.R.E. v0.71. I absolutely love it (in spite of the CTD that happened after about 6 months of play without a save

Last night was just a trial run anyway. I was researching things that I later got for free (how's a guy to know?), so obviously my next step is to read the event files to avoid this in the future... the only problem is, I can't find the event files. In the mod_core directory there is no events folder, and in the db directory I find the vanilla events files. The readme suggests that events and ai were somehow mixed (?) but when I look at files in the ai folder I don't see events listed... At game startup it tells me that events are being loaded, so perhaps they are all together in a megafile or something but I just can't seem to find it...
So... where are the events?
