Where is the mod that replaces DH and KR icons gone?

I can't recall the exact name of the mod, but for some reason I can't for the life of me find the mod that replaces the unit icons with clean icons of the unit silhouette, model year and the nation's flag in the background.

There was a version for both DH Full and Kaiserreich.

It's not Franesco's model mod or Kazoo's SKIF style icons.

Where has this mod gone? I remember it being nominated in a mod of the month.
