Hi! I´m looking for the file where the outputs reduction for several countries is scripted. I mean about a province with 6 coal is reduced to 1, for example. Industry and infraestructures are modified in "bases" or "basesDOD" files of the scenario, which modify the "provinces" parameters, but I can´t find the files for coal, energy and rare materials.

Resources are part of the provinces.csv > DH/map/map_1/provinces.

Yes Lord Rommel, but if in Provinces file a province has 6 coal but when I play the game only 1 coal appears, why this happens? I guess is because some event, but I can´t find it.

That depends...
- maybe you're trading the coal away
- maybe you're a puppet, much of your coal is taken away automatically
- maybe you're automatically converting energy to oil and that's why your coal vanishes - until you reach late game techs, the energy-to-oil ratios suck
- maybe it's not a national province?

As an out there option - maybe your industrial efficiency in general or for energy in particular is gimped to some very low level, resulting in bad energy production.

What I mean is, if in Province file a province X has 6 coal, when I play the game and I click this X province why only appears 1 coal? I guess must be some event about industry mobilization (USA, for example), but I can't find any event where it is modded.

If it is already from game start, check this Misc-file settings:

# Industrial production efficiency
0.80 #1.0
# Oil production efficiency
0.9 #1.0
# Metal production efficiency
0.80 #0.9 #1.0
# Energy production efficiency
0.80 #0.9 #1.0
# Rare Materials production efficiency
0.80 #0.9 #1.0

OR, also check 'peacetime_ic_mod = X' setting in country-name file (such insane redusing may have USA if they have insane peacetime_ic_mod = 20)

also not-national provinces reduce output, according their settings

I think, probably I have done a wrong question. I'll try other way. If I do changes in "Province" file, why it works for some provinces and not for others? I thought If you do changes for IC, Coal or any other item in Province file, it runs in the game, but in some provinces it wortks and in others not. For example in Spain I can do all the changes I want, but in Italy not. Why?

Maybe some provinces are overrided by other values depending on the scenario, look at each scenario files for it

In some mods they're even in the country inc, can you post any screenshot and which scenario and version are you playing?

I´m playing the New Order 2 mod (1933 scenario), do yo know it? I saw the inc countries files, but I didn´t see anything about this matter. I understand the mod files substitute all the same files of vanilla game, so I only have to search in the mod folders. Thanks for your help ;)
