Where is the space mod?

A very looooooong time ago was here a mod in development supposed to take Eu2 in space.
They wanted to make planets like islands and the space as sea provinces.
Does somebody remember the name of the project?
It's already few years.

It was called Concept: Terra Universalis (or C:TU). I believe that I had a copy of the game back home... maybe. But I won't see that computer for a few months.
