I struggle to find a strategy. It is more or less the same over and over again. Maybe I don't understand the part with optimizing booze etc. How do you find fun in this game?

I wrote a post about this same topic a while back - the biggest issue with EoS is the lack of strategic challenge at the macro level. Part of that is the lack of a good interface, but it is mostly due to how you defeat other gangsters. As long as you can just attack their HQ (once the game reveals it) and win all their territory, that is essentially the entire game.
There is also no real economic management system, but I think that could be fixed with a proper interface that shows the interrelation between production, sales and competition in a district - and, more importantly, gives the players real levers to control that (sabotaging another brewery or speakeasy - even one owned by a friend - as an example).
As said before, combat is really the only "strategic" piece right now, but the ingredients are there to turn the game into something special.
dlc can't work miracles. A dlc is released very slowly, approximately every 6/12 months. At this pace, the game will be completed with all mechanics in 2-3 years. The only ones who can give us a complete game are the modders, or the developers if they manage to release at least 3 dlc a year. (Difficult)Well fortunately, the new DLC is going to change the fact that if you attack the HQ and kill the boss, you gain all the territory. The DLC fixes this by having businesses you do not own to be reclaimed by other thugs (minor factions) which is much more realistic. This will add a layer of strategy to the game.
I do agree that there really isn't much of an economic management system. It's barebones right now, but I think the DLCs will continue to improve that hopefully.

Of course, but after how long do you have the pleasure of playing a game let's say '' complete ''!?!?Welcome to Paradox Games. This is not unusual for their development process. The good news is they almost always improve over time in dramatic fashions.
I have already passed through this stage and said much the same thing several months back.Of course, but after how long do you have the pleasure of playing a game let's say '' complete ''!?!?
Let's ask ourselves if this policy is right. Maybe for us paradox fans who are used to developing and completing the project for a very long time, it doesn't bother waiting, but many others can annoy you, and run away by giving up the game.
Then, let's face it ... EoS (while loving it) at day on was an alpha game not even in beta, sold as finished. they have certainly recovered with this 1.05, honor to them, but how many people have been disappointed and disappointed While spending money.
I can fully recover, but, in the future everything that is released must be done well, and very full-bodied.
