where to find the template to make new shields?

i want to create new shields for DH, and i search the "template" to make it.

I've find a photoshop template in mod documentation directory of the game, but i've not photoshop, only gimp.

Somebody to help me?

Gimp is a poorman verson of Photoshop.Gimp files are just the same as Photoshop files.

That's THE template for flags around. Ofcourse, many people consider that the shield is just a rotated 70x44 image 4 times + a shiny overlay, but it isn't, because they should be distorted. What's worse is that regular DH features un-distorted shields and its a pity.

Anyways, as you may read the thread, there is no GIMP template, sadly. Only if you can get Photoshop by *ahem* other means *ahem* or simply buy it. Otherwise, I don't see how.

Try to check out the internet, since maybe Paint.NET could work, or other freeware programs. IIRC there was also a free online Photoshop, but I doubt it can load actions.
