Where to get a manual for Victoria: Revolutions?

I bought the Victoria Complete Pack from Amazon a few days ago. Unfortunately it came without a printed manual nor a digital one. This really dissapointed me but, oh well... can I download a manual for the Complete Pack somewhere? (I already have the guide for Victoria written by memnon ( But I guess it is only for the basic game?))

I think Memnon's guide plus this are much better than any manuals.

Ah, I'm so stupid. I forgot to look on the disc for the manual
Well, now I have something to print finally.
