Loves this game to death, but except for heavily modding it, this games is just way to "ideal" with its updates and DLC. I'd love to see a DLC that involves:
More realistic police efficiency and crime rates
Graffiti based on police coverage, including metro and trains
Potholes and street decay
Above ground utility poles and visible lines on streets - powered road maybe?
Mixed use buildings - light commercial on 1st floor, residential on second, third, etc
Alleys for service/emergency vehicles only
Just things that give it more of a feel of a city that's been around for more than like 5 years!
